We purchased our boat in the spring of 2009 and have spent much time and money refurbishing it. The Jeanneau Sun Odyssey was an ex charter boat and showed a lot of wear.

There are many salt water boats out there at amazing prices. I include this list to bring some reality to that want ad. Since buying our Jeanneau we have replaced the wheel, pedestal, vhf, mp2 player, refrigeration, teak and holly flooring, new led lights, head, interior cushions, exterior cushions, traveler, all lines and halyards. In addition I have removed all the vinyl in the interior ceilings ( that's what you call the interior walls ) and replaced it with strips of ash. We have replaced the galley countertop, grab bar and taps. We removed all the old stripes on the hull and replaced them. New bimini / dodger / sailpack by Mike Bennett - he does great work.
